Rant 56#: Cotton buds/ Q-tips

Why does the product description need to say gentle? Is there some kind of Aggressive cotton bud out there on the market? Now I don't know about you but.... If i'm going to put something in my ear to clean it I EXPECT IT NOT TO HAVE RAZOR EDGES. Unless of course your Bear Grylls and use scorpions stingers. The everyday santized man expects gentleness!
